Email your requirement, SOW, or product list. We confirm scope, licensing metric, and period of performance.
Submit an RFQ through SEWP
Your contracting officer issues the request for quote in the SEWP Quote Request Tool. Add Accella Tech as a quoter, or issue it to the full Category A group.
Receive the quote
We return a compliant quote with publisher pricing, the SEWP surcharge, and delivery terms.
Place the order
Award through SEWP. Licenses and keys are delivered electronically; implementation begins on the schedule in the quote.
NASA SEWP is a government-wide acquisition contract. SEWP branding is used as a contract holder.
Fair Opportunity
FAR 16.505(b) · multiple-award GWAC
NASA SEWP VI is a multiple-award Government-Wide Acquisition Contract. Each Contract Holder must be given a fair opportunity to be considered for each order issued under the contract, in accordance with FAR 16.505(b).
The method of providing fair opportunity is at the discretion of the Contracting Officer, who must document the rationale for the placement and price of each order. Using the SEWP online Quote Request Tool is the recommended method; the tool automatically includes all Contract Holders within a selected Group or based on a suggested source.
Fair opportunity must be provided to all Contract Holders within one or more SEWP Groups. There is no requirement to obtain three quotes, provided that all Contract Holders within a Group were given the opportunity to quote.
